Buildings rarely fail all at once. Scale builds a gray ring inside the urinals, grease turns the wall behind the microwave tacky, dust gathers on partition tops and diffuser blades, and the corner behind the copier collects three months of everything. None of it shows up in a weekly walkthrough until a visitor notices it first.
A deep clean is a scheduled reset of the whole facility, not a longer version of a nightly visit. Fixtures are descaled, kitchen surfaces degreased, high surfaces dusted, vents and diffusers wiped, baseboards and corners detailed, touchpoints worked individually, and free-standing fixtures moved so the space behind and beneath them is finally reached.
Scheduling runs through our office at 26 E Superior St, Unit 4, which means a date can shift by a day or two when your tenant or inspection calendar moves. Most facilities here book a reset twice a year, spring and late fall, while busier buildings such as gyms and restaurants add a quarterly pass on top.
